Sumeru is the latest region in Genshin Impact and is introduced in the highly anticipated 3.0 update.
It’s also the fourth region in the game, after Monstadt, Liyue and Inazuma.
Here’s how you can go to Sumeru in Genshin Impact.
Do the updates first
First of all, you can already update the game’s version to 3.0 and the file is pretty big. You’ll only get the latest content after this update.
Complete the pre-requisites
You will also need to finish the pre-requisites before you can begin the quest for Sumeru:
- Complete Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 4 “Requiem of the Echoing Depths”.
- Reach Adventure Rank 35 and above.
Start the new archon quest
There will be a new Archon Quest Chapter 3: Act 1 “Through The Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark”. The first quest under it is called A Forest of Change.
You will see the quest location at the southwest area of The Chasm.
There’s a new teleport waypoint. Go to it and you’ll find the tunnel that leads to Sumeru. Follow the quest objectives and you’ll get there.
