One of the Royal Tools you need to obtain in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a fishing rod.
It’s one of the requirements for Merlin’s quest and also to fish in ponds.
Here’s how you can get a fishing rod in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Get the broken fishing rod first
First of all, you need to find the broken fishing rod. The location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location. It’s just beside the pond in Peace Meadow.
Pick it up from near the pond.
How to repair the fishing rod
Next, bring the fishing rod to Goofy. His location is shown in the map below, marked by his face.
Enter his house.
Give the broken fishing rod to him.
You will then be taught how to equip it and how to cast your line.
