Faith in Blood is a side quest available in Kyovashad in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to help Sister Octavia who was possessed by a demon.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Faith in Blood in Diablo 4.
To begin the quest, you need to first complete Depths Of Despair. To start, head to the quest marker in Kyovashad.
Talk to Petr.
Enter the cellar
Head to Kvera’s house. Enter the Ominous Cellar.
Talk to Sister Octavia inside.
Speak with Priest Matvey
Now, head south to meet Priest Matvey at Margrave. The location is shown in the map below.
Talk to Priest Matvey.
Fill the chalice with bandit blood
Then, head to the circle marked on the map and you’ll find a lot of bandits.
You simply need to kill the bandits to fill the chalice.
After the chalice is full, return to Priest Matvey.
Place a piece of pyre wood in the chalice.
Return to Octavia
Go back to the house and talk to Petr.
Enter the cellar and begin the exorcism by interacting with the chalice.
Slay the Carvers
Some Carvers will spawn. Take them down.
Finish the exorcism
After the enemies are gone, finish the exorcism.
Slay Demotath
Defeat Demotath, the demon that appears from Sister Octavia’s body.
Talk to her after the demon is dead.
Meet her outside the cellar and you’ll be rewarded XP and coins.
You will also get a weapon from her.
