Apex Of Misery is a quest under Act 2: The Knife Twists Again in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to find Airidah atop Solitude and defeat her.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Apex Of Misery in Diablo 4.
Head towards the top of the map as shown below.
Destroy the Risen Remains
On the way up, you’ll encounter a group of enemies with two Risen Remains in the area. You may need to defeat some of the enemies around first before you can damage the Risen Remains.
Speak with Airidah
Continue to climb up and you’ll see Airidah at the top. Talk to her.
Defeat Airidah
This will be a mini boss fight. You have to defeat Airidah to get an explanation from her.
This fight is not too difficult as you can see where the lightning hits before it does. Just avoid the circles.
At times, she’ll summon a few wraiths and you have to defeat all the wraiths before you can attack her.
The quest ends after you beat her.
