As the World Burns is the last campaign quest under Act 2: The Knife Twists Again in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to defeat Astaroth who has taken over Yorin’s body.

Defeat Astaroth
Immediately as the quest begins, you need to defeat Astaroth who sits on the Cerberus-like creature.
The fight should be quite straightforward. Astaroth has a few moves.
One of them is the flamethrower attack which can be avoided by going to the side or behind him.
He also summons meteors which you can detect before it drops. Another move is a lashing attack which can be dodged by moving further away from him.
At times, the villagers will try to help and you get a small window to deal as much damage as you can.
Repeat the process until Astaroth is down.
Speak with Donan
Talk to Donan after the fight.
Speak to the guard at the gate
Head to the west and talk to the guard at the gate.
The quest ends here. You’ll get a glove, XP and coins.
This is also the end of Act 2.
