Bound by Blood is a side quest available in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to help Lacthan find his brother Perithan.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Bound by Blood in Diablo 4.
To begin the quest, head to Margrave. Talk to Lacthan who is in the middle of the town.
Speak with Priest Matvey, Meridan and Guard Cvetko
You will then need to speak with three people in town to find out Perithan’s whereabouts.
Talk to Priest Matvey, Meridan and Guard Cvetko who are all near each other.
Bring Lacthan to his brother’s last known location
Next, head all the way east to the quest symbol marked on the map to find Lacthan’s brother.
When you reach the location, defeat the Tainted Frostwing and other enemies.
Search the area
Next, search the area for clues. Interact with the dead bodies.
Find the bandit hideout in Sinner’s Chase
Now, head to the blue circle area marked on the map to find the bandit hideout.
The entrance will be obvious as it looks like a dungeon.
Enter the area and clear the monsters. You’ll reach a locked door.
Go to the right side and find the Smuggler’s Key.
You can now open the door and head all the way in. You’ll see Perithan on the ground.
Slay Outlaw Sharpshooter
A mini boss Outlaw Sharpshooter will spawn. Defeat the monster.
Speak with Perithan
After the monster is slain, talk to Perithan to complete the quest.
You’ll earn XP and coins.
