Your objective is to check with the knights in Tirmair about Lilith.

To begin, head east of Cerrigar to the town of Tirmair as marked in the map below.
Speak with Knight Captain Razia
Talk to the knight captain in the area.
Search for Nafain
You will then need to look for Nafain. Head east to the yellow circle marked on the map.
You will reach a Runic Message. Interact with it and Nafain’s wolf will appear.
