Sight to Madness is a side quest available in Kyovashad of Diablo 4.
Your objective is to reclaim Vilek’s eyes from the cultists in Nostrava.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Sight to Madness in Diablo 4.
To begin the quest, talk to Vilek in Kyovashad as marked by the quest icon in the map.
You’ll see him as a prisoner.
Reclaim Nostrava stronghold
Before you can do the main part of the quest, you need to reclaim a stronghold known as Nostrava. It’s southwest from Kyovashad.
When you enter the area, talk to the priestess to begin the process.
You will now need to investigate villagers’ homes. There will be demons in each of the marked homes.
Also, more demons will spawn at each home.
After dealing with all of the houses, more demons will spawn including elites.
Go and rekindle the Wanderer’s Shrine to conquer Nostrava.
Slay Theya
Once the stronghold event is done, go to the Cultist Refuge to find Theya.
Go all the way in until you see a skull icon on your map. That’s probably Theya.
Defeat her and you’re done; unless you wish to complete the whole dungeon. Pick up the Necklace of Eyes.
Return to Vilek
Go back to Kyovashad and return the Necklace of Eyes to Vilek. The quest ends here.
You’ll earn a cache, XP and coins.
