The Jewel of the East is a campaign quest under Act 6: Dance of the Makers in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to join your allies to look for Lilith in Caldeum.

Join your allies in Caldeum
To begin the quest, head to Caldeum as marked in the map below.
Speak with the Horadrim
Enter Caldeum Bazaar and talk to the Horadrim.
Search for Lilith
Next, head to the yellow circle marked on the map to look for Lilith.
Defeat cultish ambush
On the way there, you’ll be ambushed by the cultists. Defeat them all.
Keep going until you trigger a cutscene with Inarius.
Speak with Lorath
After the cutscene, speak with Lorath.
Open the alley gate
Proceed ahead by opening the alley gate.
Slay the demons attacking Prava
You will then reach Prava’s location. Slay all of the demons in the area.
The quest ends here.
