Go to Hotel Debord
First of all, head on over to Hotel Debord which is marked on the map.
You’ll meet Navia there. Chapter 4: Act 2 begins.
Go to the fountain plaza
Next, go to the fountain plaza in front of the opera house.
A cutscene will trigger as the Traveler meets an Oceanid. After waking up, some fighting ensues.
Navia appears to defend the Traveler. Clorinde also shows up to defeat the enemies.
Go to the Spina di Rosula stronghold
Next, go to the Spina di Rosula stronghold as marked on the map.
Then, head down through the door and keep going downwards to the sewers area.
It’s a hidden base.
Talk to Melus.
Rest in your room
After the conversation, enter the room to rest.
The quest ends here.
