Your only objective is to play whack-a-mole with a guy in the cemetery area.

In the cemetery area, you will see a couple of holes. A guy will keep surfacing and all you have to do is to headbutt the guy whenever he appears.
Do that and it will get quicker. Keep playing until you win.
