A Tree Grows in New Atlantis is a side mission available in Starfield.
Your objective is to help Kelton Frush collect all the Bio-sensors scattered in the city.

To begin the mission, talk to Kelton Frush who is located in MAST district.
Ask him about his issue and you’ll unlock the mission.
Locate the Bio-sensors
Next, you’ll need to locate the Bio-sensors in a few areas as displayed on the map below.
The Bio-sensors are generally easy to collect. Just head to the location and you’ll see them (image below).
One is on top of a tree while the rest are on the ground.
The last Bio-sensor takes more effort.
Talk to Jorden Anchali as he found one of them but sold the Bio-sensor.
Now, go to UC Distribution Center.
Inside, you’ll find Wen Tseng, the woman who bought the Bio-sensor.
You’ll have an option here. You can either pay 100 credits or later steal it from her.
The Bio-sensor is in the room behind her. You can steal it if no one is watching.
Return to Kelton
Deliver the Bio-sensors to Kelton for him to analyze the data.
The mission ends here.
